Eric J. Ubiera, PA

Eric is inspired by the opportunities that the real estate industry has offered him. From business coaching to sales and everything in between, his years of experience in real estate and widespread history in the corporate / professional setting has given him the skills and network that allows him to get the best results for his clients.

Eric has held various leadership positions at Keller Williams Realty including Team Leader of a 200-agent operation of the Keller Williams office in Weston. His focus now is to take his knowledge and expertise to serve his clients to sell their homes and pursue their dreams. His extensive skills in marketing, branding and networking allow him to sell homes for top dollar in the least amount of time.

As a former executive for fortune 500 companies like Eckerd, Walmart and Walgreens he has an extensive background in business management. Eric led teams of hundreds at Walmart and commanded a region of 1700+ stores while at Walgreens Co., he is comfortable presenting in groups of all sizes. In the real estate industry, he continues to show his leadership by mentoring others and conducting several classes at the local MLS board.

While he considers himself a Floridian at heart, Eric was born in Dominican Republic and raised in New York City where he attended Brooklyn Tech High School. Eric has been in South Florida over 16 years now and obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Barry University with a focus on Business while majoring in Information Technology.

When not helping others or leading a team, Eric can be found testing the latest technology, rooting for the Miami Heat, driving his convertible around town, or in the kitchen creating a meal for wife Christie, and daughters Alexia, Ariana and Jenevieve. Him and his family live in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
